I have to wear very comfortable shoes. I have a nerve disorder and needed to find a lightweight, soft shoe. These are fantastic. I have ordered two more pairs from another site, only because they aren't available on Amazon. These are great for casual wear or beach wear for most customers. For me they are even better than wearing slippers. The sole has traction and has stood up to everyday wear. I'd love to say that, "I wish that I could wear them every day." Yet, this is what I do. Loose fitting and good arch support for such a casual shoe. The inserts remove easily and can be replaced with the gel soles etc. with ease. These are made of canvas and light weight rubber. I can't say enough, like I said, I've ordered a black washed pair and a brown pair.

My husband absolutely loves these shoes. He bought his first pair in the UK. It's his favorite casual shoes. He loves the way they fit his feet. They are very light weight & your feet stay cool. There is good support in the heel and he loves the soft comfortable cushioning in the shoe.

I got some men shoes from *Hey Dude Shoes* great to just in time for fathers day.. The person who tested these out didn't want to be displayed, but wanted to share what he thought of them. When I got them, and had them tried on, the first reaction was wow these are so soft. Then he says wow these are so easy to put on and take off. I love the string how you can leave as is, or tighten them, to whatever liking. When he walked around in them for hours, he says wow these shoes don't even need to be broken into they are already comfortable and cozy. Funny it was actually raining this day, wait it rains everyday here. It was pouring out, and he spent most the walking outside, and when it was a few hours later, his socks were still dry and his shoes were barely damp at all. When I got a chance to put them on, huge fan of flat shoes style shoes, I mean they are so much like not wearing shoes which is what I love.. It was always to hot back home to where shoes in 120 degree weather, so I would walk barefoot all my life. So when I moved to WA I knew that was going to change and new I needed to find flat shoes style to wear.. When I saw they were offering these, I knew I would love them. Even having a man tester and me, you get the 2 side idea, men are stubborn when it comes to shoes, woman think differently. These shoes are incredibly soft for shoes, inside and outside. They are small enough to fit on our shoe rack with my other shoes. Even though they are men shoes, I still enjoy trying them on. They went well with my bell bottoms and my long skirts. being gray and all, they pretty much match pretty much every bottoms I own. I like how the soles on the bottom are up higher and you are able to hit some standing puddles in them without the water hitting them. The material is very soft and cozy like. These shoes are made very well for the price offered to them. Since fathers day is coming up next month these would make a great fathers day present, and guess what a giveaway to win a pair for your man, dad, grandpa, or someone special in your life!

Nice boots. True to size even with my orthotics. Nice wide toe space. Boots do require a little break in time. I have only had them a short time but I do not anticipate troubles with these boots and I am very fussy. If they don't feel good the first time I put my feet in them I won't buy then. I walk my dogs 3 miles in them every day. Time will tell more

These boots just arrived. They look pretty sharp (maybe a bit more like high-tops than I expected). They are comfortable and fit me well. I like the fact that they don't have the black synthetic toe guards like many of today's hikers.

I worked at enterprise rent-a-car for a while and had to walk about 2-4miles a day (running to get cars at the dealership across the street, walking between our different branches to help with rushes, washing cars etc.). I couldn't wear flats because they gave me ZERO arch support and i couldn't wear high heals because they weren't practical. These were awesome-great arch support, comfortable soles, I could walk in the rain and I could wear them with any of my suits.

This boot has some of the most aggresive lugs and coolest stance of any boot I've ever owned. I work in the railroad industry and have been wearing boots for 20 years and these are by far the coolest. They are a little heavy at first but after a week of wearin them they are like a pair of sneakers now. My coworkers noticed them as soon as I walked into work. They are just plain BAD.

A little heavy and stiff, but true to size and fairly comfortable. On the plus side, they are a great looking boot and should work great on the motorcycle.

Solid shoes, very nice and comfortable. Color (I bought red brown) is as shown in the picture, although only the left shoe has the "oiled" tip (the darker spot) shown in the picture. The right shoe just doesn't have it (consequently, the left shoe appears dirty). Also, these shoes are surprisingly heavy, so don't buy them if you are looking for a lightweight pair. Still, I like them a lot. Rustic but tasteful.

Cheap Kid Express Zippy Bootie (Infant/Toddler)

I ordered these for my little 7 month old. They are a beautiful, classic, high-quality crib shoe which is hard to find in the US these days. I cannot count the number of women (& men!) who have come up to me to comment on my son's neat little brown shoes and ask me where I found them. The zip around design is genius the shoe literally zips in half so you can slide baby's foot right in, and then pop the heel cup on, zip around and go. He wore these with some ivory wool cable knee socks, knickers and a sweater and it was to die for!! ;) I chose the dark brown color for fall, and I'm getting the white polished leather for Easter(which currently are not sold on Amazon unfortunately).

You will LOVE these!

Review of Clarks Men's Bushacre 2 Boot

The only difference between this and the standard Clark's Desert boot is the slight difference in the choice of colors and the fact that this has a synthetic sole (and a very durable one) rather than the natural crepe sole. I sprayed waterproofing silicone on it before the winter (the dirtiest, messiest NYC winter in my 50-year memory), and this did not change the color at all, but at the end of the winter the boots were completely unscathed by the snow and ice the city failed to clear (little kids were trying to help the city's snow-plows!). No slipping or sliding, no water ever touched my socks, my feet were warmer than one would expect, and they cleaned off easily. The laces started giving out after all that heavy use, but for $2 they're easily replaced.

The other on-line shoe place has all the models, and I have 2 of those other Clark's Desert Boots as well.

If it's a Clark's Desert Boot, I'd say you can't go wrong.

I normally wear 10.5-11, and I ordered a 10 in these. 9.5 would have been perfect, but I just put some insoles in and it fits great and looks great!

The Bushacre 2 is a great quality piece of footwear. The Beeswax color on the bushacre is lighter than the Desert boot, just to be warned. I would recommend sizing down a 1/2 size. For reference, I wear a 7.5 in Sperry's sockless, and a 7 sockless/crew sock in the Bushacre 2. At the price point Amazon is offering, believe it's worth it.

I, like many people, initially intended to buy the classic Desert Boot. However, upon online research I found that the Desert Boot's crepe sole performed poorly in wet conditions. This new information led me to these; their rubber sole apparently retains their grip in such in wet weather. As I live in snowy Minnesota, this was the deciding factor for me. So I purchased these. Their shipment was standard, and they came in their original packaging. After a few wears, I became enlightened with several profound truths. Firstly, this footwear has very little cushioning, and it is very flat. If one had flat feet, I imagine these shoes would be quite pleasurable. I have a very arched foot, so the lack of comfort is very prominent. The only cushioning is in the heel, and despite this it is here where I experience the most discomfort. The second truth is this footwear's low leather quality. I purchased the "beeswax" version, and although it is leather, it has a very suede-like feel. It is absolutely nothing like a more expensive leather boot, such as a Red Wing. Lastly, I find the laces to be somewhat flimsy. They are very skinny, and knots form frequently. Ok, enough of the pessimism. For 70 dollars, this is a pretty damn good shoe. I only experience discomfort when walking on hard surfaces, and so far the sole has held up very well to rain. If your only desire is to add a chukka boot to your shoe collection, then I would recommend this product. If you want a nice, sturdy boot for everyday wear, I would look elsewhere. There are much better options, especially if your budget raises to $150. Chippewa comes to mind.

Love these shoes! I got them in the brown leather, and they have held up pretty well. I had to condition them and wear them in a bit, but they are my go-to shoes now. Beautiful!
