I have a pair of Tretorn sneakers that are almost exactly like this but made of a slightly different material. I purchased them two years ago and love them, but they're falling apart (Tretorns are nice-looking but not particularly well-made. The sole is coming off) so I figured I'd get a replacement at exactly the same size (7). So I ordered these in a 7 and they are waaaaaay too small, maybe a full size too small. What a pain! Shoe sizes aren't consistent across brands, sure, but you think they'll at least be consistent within a brand! And because, as Amazon put it, "the error isn't theirs," I have to pay 5 bucks return shipping. Should have just ordered from Zappos -still would have gotten the wrong size, but the return would have been free.

Bottom line, the shoe is awesome looking, but Tretorn's 2012 size 7 is much smaller than Tretorn's 2009 size 7. I've never had a men's size 7 fit so poorly. Order a full size larger from your foot size.

These are really great quality love dolce vita, I have been looking for a pair of leopard print booties every since i wore holes in my forever 21leopard print booties and god answered my prayers with these, i have been looking for a pair to replace my own worn out pair for about 3 years now and these are even better and much better quality i could tell these will last me much more years than any forever 21 shoe could ever last me.

I think it's true to size. I bought a half size larger than I normally wear because 1. that was all that was left and 2. I figured I would wear thick socks and some sort of insert for arch support. With crew socks and a slim insert, its still a little large. I'll need thicker socks for the fit to be right. But that's ok and the color is nice and rich, and it's a good shape. The top of the boot just grazes the ankle instead of going above the ankle, which is a better look for me. It doesn't provide much arch support so you do need inserts. At $100 not worth it, but on sale for half that, definitely a good buy.

Great shoe, really comfortable, beautiful colour and true to size. Happy to have got these... Highly recommended.... Ahhh have to wear them with thin thin socks... I am an 8.5 B normally but on these would for sure buy 1/2 size up. Hope this review helps.

Just got these, and instantly fell in love, almost my new favorite shoes. Only problem is that they tore within wearing them for one day. I purchased the right size, but the stitching below the shoe laces weren't very strong and ripped within a few hours of wearing them the very first night. So I'm exchanging them using Amazon's UPS exchange program, and crossing my fingers that maybe if I get a half size bigger, it won't be too stressful on the stitching, because I really would like to purchase the additional colors if this works out. Bought this when it was $49. The leather is a bit hard but still gave it a 5 star due to the price. A good leather conditioner should hopefully fix this issue.The price kept on changing so just check often for a price change. True to size so if your a size 10 get a size 10.

I found these shoes to be a very good value. They are well made, stylish, and provide good support for one's feet. They are a bit stiff, but I am sure that they will break in. I normally wear a size 10, so I ordered a size 10. The shoes fit well, although a little on the snug side. If you think you are at the top end of a size, you might consider ordering up one size, especially if you intend to wear thick socks. Got these for my husband to have a shoe that he can wear with jeans or wear with dress pants for work that are comfortable. The leather is very supple and was snug (like most leather shoes) at first but now fit him like a glove. He has a feet a little on the wide side too. It has been over 6 months of wear and they are holding up on color fastness. The only complaint I have is that his shoe laces broke (also leather) a month or so back so we had to replace those with a more durable set. They were visually appealing but can't have broken laces. He is usually super lazy about wearing slip on shoes for the airport when he travels for work but he likes the look and feel of these so much that he goes through the trouble of taking them off through security. Great modern look to a classic type shoe!

Unforunately I have very high arches, and had to use knee high hose to get them on. They are also fit narrow, so were very uncomfortable. I bought them with hopes of wearing thick socks for winter warmth. The B width is misleading and fit more like a AA.. I had to return them. The return went smoothly. I would reccomend these to women with a narrow foot and order one size up.

I like these boots. I ordered the acid black color and I expected them to be more black, but it's actually more like a silver color. The boot leather is worn/roughed up a little, but it doesn't look bad. I have arthritis (but I'm in my 20's) so really depend on comfortable shoes, but I like to be stylish. These boots are comfortable. They aren't warm at all, but that's what socks are for. I'm not sure if they're waterproof but I wouldn't risk wearing these in a downpour or a snowstorm. Overall, I'm pleased. I also like that I can tuck in my pants or wear my pants over the boot. They're the perfect height. Also, my 3 year old likes that they make noise when I walk :)

I was looking for a pair of low boots tor casual wear, mostly during the winter. I love my rubber LLBean boots, but I wanted something that would breathe. These do very nicely and seem to be holding up well, as I am rough on shoes. They look great with a pair of khakis or jeans -rugged, but nice enough for a casual restaurant or the coffee shop. My one criticism is I wish they were a little narrower.

I am a fan of Chukka boots and this is one of my favorites that I've seen on Amazon. It has a great fit and is very comfortable. It's not often I can order a pair of shoes and the are comfortable from the git-go. More than likely, I will order another pair in a different color.

These are a sturdy pair for shoes, I would not say well constructed though.

For me they seem to be missing some quality on details, so to make them more of a fine shoe. For example, the edges around the top of the ankle are not sealed with detail but just left unfinished and the leather quality is just alright.

I have to say that there is a strong smell like paint not sure if it is from the leather or the sole of the shoe that has lasted for weeks now.

Ironically, although they seem to be named after some Italian shoe-maker, they are just another pair of shoes made in China, don't let that to mislead you.

Moreover, I am not quite sure I needed to order a size smaller than I used to wear. They seem to be a little too tight on the sides and upper foot.

The good thing is they're cheap and look pretty nice the first time you take them out of the box.

The bad thing is, the fold badly right away on the top after walking just a bit. If they were black maybe you couldn't tell the fold too much but since I got the gray it is obvious. Again, folds real bad right away, I wouldn't buy if I were you.

I purchased these shoes when they were about $22 dollars. I was looking for some other shoes and came across these. WOW I thought! I bought them, they fit PERFECT when I first put them on. The felt perfect everytime I where them. I've only had them for less than 4 months and wear them on the weekends mainly (work in office) and the soles are coming off in back on both and in front on one.

I guess for the price it is okay for a summer shoe, but if you factor buying a pair at the raised price of now $29 dollars plus shipping and tax you are looking at about $38-40 Dollars times 3 times a year, you can see how the cost is equal to Doc Martins, or the other big named brands!

These shoes are of such cheap quality, I only wore them 3 times and the heels are already scuffed up and coming apart. With each and every step I regretted buying these shoes mostly because each step was accompanied by a loud jingling sound coming from the buckles. Good thing it's December, any other time of year and I'd have no excuse to cover up the sound of sleigh bells coming from my feet when walking around in these.

So I bought these after I bought another pair from "Blowfish" I hope the heels last longer than the other pair. I OVE the style an fit of the boots but the pair I bought before wore out so fast on the heels, I hope these are better! the style and fit are great though!

It looks good. I received the package at my office and sent pictures to my girlfriend, who gave her nod of approval. The problem is that the shoe is too narrow. The length is fine, but the 12 Medium width fits like a 12 Narrow width. I'm not a fat footed hobbit either--I've never worn a Wide width in my life. After trying it on and walking to the end of the hall and back, it was just too painful to wear.

So 5 stars for the materials, look, color, and style, -1 star for the narrow width.
