When I ordered my Accalia boots, I thought they could fit in B Medium, but when I received them, I realized that I am a 9 narrow, and that is what I always need to order. The good part about this seller (and Amazon)was they made it very easy to return. All I had to do was follow the directions of a return label and print it,and drop my package off at a UPS which turned out to be only 2 miles from where I live. UPS took care of preparing the package and I was not charged for the shipping cost. After that I ordered a short boot in my size , and I am waiting for it to arrive. All in all great service, and the stores work very well with Amazon.I like the boots very much, thinking about get them in black. I will wear this pair a while longer before ordering the black.

i bought these because they remind me of the sixties. the wooden heel is really made from wood, not panel. (funny story: i wore these on a motorcycle and they got a small burn on the heel, so i sanded it out and re-varnished it.) high quality shoe. higher quality that you usually get from Steve Madden(sometimes they are a little all over the place in quality). decently comfortable to wear. good balance between elegant and clunk. Match indigo jeans well.

I ordered the beige pair and in the picture there was not any canvas on the shoe (like the dark brown one has). I noticed that when Amazon sent me my order confirmation the picture was different but by that time the order had been processed and it was too late to cancel. The canvas shoe is not as nice looking as the ones without canvas so be sure you want canvas on yours prior to ordering because that's what will be sent. I noticed in a previous comment that another customer had the same issue. I will be returning these shoes.
Although they feel slightly big, these are perhaps the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. Comfy sole, flexible leather, and a good sole! Highly recommend them if you can still find them in your size!
P.S. The (chocolate) color is dark which helps them look pretty classy. From the images I expected a more rugged (less classy) look, but was pleasantly surprised by how nice they look. I was originally expecting to order a pair of CK chukkas, or something of the like, in addition to these to achieve a more dressed up lool and planned on using these for day trips spent on the feet!

I ordered my normal shoe size (10.5) and found that these ran a lil big. I just placed an order for the size down (10) and plan on comparing before I return these.Although they feel slightly big, these are perhaps the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. Comfy sole, flexible leather, and a good sole! Highly recommend them if you can still find them in your size!

Reviews of Lugz Men's Drifter Lo Boot
The shoes were very comfortable for the first six hours. After that it felt like I was walking on bloody stubs through broken glass. The biggest insult came four days after wearing them when the sole of the shoe literally started ripping apart. I haven't even worn them a week and I'm already having to use Gorilla glue to hold them together. Cheap Chinese construction, hopefully good ole American glue will fix this. However I'm really disappointed because besides it ripping apart, I really do like the shoe otherwise, just needs better construction and really better support for those of us who are on our feet all day.
I'm literally putting pressure on the one boot now so the glue will hold, typing one handed to write this review.

Other reviews stated to increase a size because the sizes run small. This is not true. My husband wears an 8 or 8.5 depending on the shoe/boot, so I bought a 9. The 9 was way too big, and I threw out the invoice accidently so I could not send them back for a smaller size. Otherwise, my husband does like the look and feel of the Lugz boot. I had to special order him a thick insole to ensure a more substantial fit. He is pleased, but recommends to order the boot in the wearers actual size, especially if the wearer has a wide foot! I'm a big fan of the Lugz Drifter low. I've also owned the high top version but like the low a lot better. These boots are great for a person that needs a 2E or above wide shoe. These Lugz run wider than the normal boot so if your a 2E width the D width will do. If you find one 2E then you'll have plenty of space for a thermal sock. The downfall to these boots I've notice is if your using them for work expect to replace them in 6-9 months. The inner sole will have to be replace more often as well. They have a workforce model of these which the sole will last a bit longer but its hard to find. I worked in a casino for 2 years and went through 4 pairs just walking and 8 inner soles. Figure if your job has you on your feet for more than 6 hours a day and your work week is five days on them you'll burn right though these a lot better than any walking sneaker I bought. I enjoy these a lot more since I have wide feet and Timberlands are too pricey for my size. I'm wear a size 8 1/2 2E if I were to buy a Tim I would need to get a 9 1/2 Wide (rare) which ranges in the high $160-$200 mark but still need to take to a leather streacher to fit right. I've been lucky to find these under $50-$40 each time I need a new pair. Which makes them a bargin even having to purchase inner soles. Plus, I'm able to buy the right size that fits every time. Bought these a few months ago. They actually LOOK great -very pleasing design, not too radical -a really good looking Chukka boot. But that's where the good stopped. They're very cheaply made and feel it. Terribly light weight, not at all substantial feeling. Some folks might like that but not me. Leather felt cheap and flimsy and was bending in all the wrong places. Biggest disappointment was the heel counter --just two pieces of leather sewn together. Most really good shoes have an over-lapping piece there for protection. The price on these was way too much for such flimsy construction. Back they went.

Best Orvis Men's Pikolinos European Chukka Boots Deals
I was expecting an arch support similar to Pikolinos shoes in malls, but since no one in Ca. carries the boot I had to buy them online. Loved the look while not very satisfied with the lack of arch support.
After spending $85 on inserts I think they will be ok, but what really bothers me is that with the insert upgrade these cost closer to $290 instead of the $200 I expected and the overall boot-quality is not worth $290!
