I ordered a pair of these in chocolate brown and have been wearing them for a week. Here are my observations so far:

Pros:

VERY comfortable. I work in retail and for the first time ever my feet don't hurt after a full shift. The leather is very soft and flexible but maintains shape well.

-Great looking

I've gotten numerous compliments on these boots and have found them to pair perfectly with slacks as well as jeans.

Cons:

They do seem to be around 1/2 size larger than marked, so be aware.

-The laces are ridiculously long for boots with only two eyelets, but they are good quality.

Overall I'm completely satisfied and very glad I bought these boots. If you're on the fence then definitely buy them.

If you like Rockports like I do, you will love these boots. They offer style and my feet love them. Blue is my favorite color and these boots look good with most of my cloths.

These shoes are amazingly comfy shoes, right out of the box. They also look great with almost any pair of jeans, especially boot cut. I treated the suade overnight, right after I got them to ensure a long life of looking fresh. Have had them almost a year now and they look brand new!

Nice boots but the sizing was off by a couple of sizes, the width was at least two widths too wide. The width was marked as a narrow, but the actual width had to be a wide width. I wish they would have fit. Beware of wrong sizing........

Rockport has always had a good product. This shoe is no exception. Order process and shipping as expected. Have al;ready worn them in rain and snow. Wipe them off and they are ready to go.

Good lightweight low boot for casual wear. Can dress up or down. Not for long walks but supportive and comfortable enough for daily use. Have them only one week so can't comment on durability. I usually wear 12EE but the 12M fit well. They look a bit too long to me but that's probably because there are no seams or lines to break up the toe design. If you're looking for something like this, try them. Nothing to lose. Soft leather, firm toe, and traction rubber sole. I never pay retail, so I jumped on these for about half price on sale. Hurry! I would have givern 5 stars but I have'nt had them long enough.

These were comfy right out of the box! I got the black and am thinking about picking up the brown too. I am usually an 11 but got a 10.5 since boots tend to run big. the 10.5 fit perfect. Great buy for 50 bucks!

UPDATE ON MY REVIEW. I've now had these for a few months and they are still perfect. Wear them literally every day and they still look like the day I bought them. Durable, well made! If I could give 6 stars I would.

I've been looking at different brands and ran across these JD Fisk boots. These boots were highly recommended and rated extremely well with others so I decided to give a shot. Ordered it with Two-shipping which came on time as expected!! I was not a fan of side suede but once I got them and tried them on they were very comfortable and fit perfectly . The suede and style of these shoes/boots works well with any attire whether it be business casual to just wearing a T-shirt and jeans. I would definitely get another pair of these but from what I've read so far many people have said these will last a long time, so no worries there!

These are not true to size. They are short and they are narrow. It's too bad because I loved the style and was very happy with the quality. I would order a size bigger , but they don't offer a size 14!

Cheap Lauren Ralph Lauren Women's Darby Boot

Love these Ralph Lauren boots. I went a 1/2 size smaller after reading other reviews and they fit fine. (I had to return the first pair because of the shoddy workmanship on that pair; there was glue spilled over from where the sole meets the shoe and it was on the suede in several places plus the stitching on one shoe was coming off.) My replacement pair is perfect, no excess glue on the suede and stitching is perfect. The boots are also comfortable, not as comfortable as my Naturalizer boots but more comfortable than my Nike sneakers! lol I bought the "dark olive" pair and they look like a pretty brown color. The other "brown" colored boots look stark whereas these have a more textured look and are not too green as true "olive" would be. I'd consider these brownish. They remind me of the "waffle stomper" boots we used to wear in the 80's in Okla. & NY, but these are now more girlie. :)

This boot is the perfect blend of fashion & function. They run a full half-size large (in my opinion), so it would be a good idea to order a half-size down from your regular size. Other than that, they are just what I was looking for... sporty & a bit rugged, yet stylish. The heel height, paired with the lug-sole make them extra comfortable; even after hours of wear. The brown is a deep, rich, color & the suede is of high quality. These are great boots for cold weather.

I thought that this heel may have been too high for me but really liked the color so decided to give the shoe a try. Surprisingly, it was very comfortable and i was standing for close to 3 hours at an event. The color is beautiful, very neutral and the fit is normal. I am planning to order the black leather too. I love these boots! They do run a half size big but I ended up getting my regular size anyways as half sizes are limited. I found that with a padded shoe insert that this not only added to the comfort of walking but it made the shoe feel tighter. Additionally I normally wear thin ankle socks with most boots but doubled and it is a perfect fit! Great style, these work well with so many things in my closet.
