Review of Drew Shoe Men's BRYAN Comfort Casual Lace Up Boots

First let me say that I have a wide foot.......a solid 6E with 'give' required on the sides. Drew has not been able to accomplish this in this Chinese made shoe, which also lacks any degree of comfort with the padding provided inside the lip and the insole of the shoe. The result has been a nightmare in the form of a pair of shoes. So buy these only if your foot is narrower than mine.

Buy Bostonian Men's Barbour Boot

I've had these for a little over a week (the brown Barbour Boot in size 9w), and so far, I've gotten tons of compliments on them. They seem to run about a half size bigger than than usual though. Example, I wear a size 10 in puma running shoes, a size 9 for most dress shoes (Bass) and boots, and these 9's fit closer to a 9.5. I wear them all day at work with no problems.

Always a bit of a challenge buying shoes online, but these fit. They are a wee bit narrow, which was fine for me. The front and back of the boot are polished and the rest is matt, which I thing looks nice. They are comfortable, although I do not do a ton of walking in them (I change shoes for my walking commute). The quality seems quite good (made in India). The uppers are leather with a good grippy rubber sole. I would definitely purchase these again.

The width of the boot was just a bit too snug. The length was fine however. It would be great if the width could be just a bit wider but not as wide as a W.

These shoes fit well, but I had to return them because after just a week, they had covered my office floor (linoleum) with scuff/skid marks. Custodial staff gave me a hard time and had to bring in a machine to clean the floor.

I also noticed that the heel had worn appreciably in that time as well.

No bootstrap on rear of shoe made putting them on a bit tedious.

Will try Steve Madden Bronxxx Chukka Boot.

We were walking across the Brooklyn bridge and a very handsome man in a grey suit came walking toward us. He was wearing orange suede shoes and they made a great statement. Actually, these are great shoes. I have had a couple pairs for decades. When I retired, and "went casual" I really did not have a need for such a shoe. Now that I'm on the other side of retirement, once again, these are back in the closet, and out under the desk, occasionally. They are very comfortable, and look great.

After reading some issues about sizes lately I decided to go to a florsheim store first and check my foot size on their boots. After choosing I ordered my Chukka 8.5 3e online. The order arrived on the date scheduled and was in good condition, The only problem was it was too wide and too long. I had to wear inserts to make them fit better. As far as the material is concerned, the leather was stiff at first but after a couple of times it was much better. Overall the shoe is comfortable and could be worn all day...you just have to get your exact size
