My 2 1/2 year old LOVES these pink boots! My goodness! She screams and cries when it is time to take them off and put them away at the end of the day. She'd like nothing more than to wear them all day around the house, and repeatedly practice taking them on and off. These boots run true to size. My childs foot measures an 8 1/2 and the 9 fits comfortably and will last nicely into this Fall/Winter. High quality suede and padding. This was my first pair of shoes from the Jumping Jacks company but I think they are much higher quality than say a Stride Rite boot.

My daughter really wanted pink shoes but so many out there looked so annoyingly pink. These , yes they are still completely pink, but somehow with the big flower, just look cuter. Toe guard prevents ugly scuffs and they are super easy to get on and off by herself. Quality is very good.Size runs full, great for wide feet.

Honest reviews on Jumping Jacks Flower Burst Ankle Bootie (Infant/toddler/Little

The quality of the boots is excellent and they are not too heavy and pretty flexible. And best of all, my daughter loves them and can't wait to wear them.

I would say that they run true to size I bought size 12 for my 5-year old, and eben though I was concerned that it may be too small, but it was actually perfect, with s little room to grow.

These boots are awesome. Very comfortable and look fantastic, wear with jeans and your classy and rugged. In regards to size, make sure you order a size down, because they do run big. I wear an 11 sneaker and wear a 10 for the boot, I could probably go down to a 9.5. Secondly, they are suede and therefore do get dirty very quickly and easily. If you are the type of person who has to have that "fresh" look than I would recommend you go with a darker color than sand. I've found that with a brush and some proper cleaning technique they can retain their luster. One thing I do wish I had done before wearing them out is to put some suede protector spray on them. Hope this review helps!

Desert Boots and Chukka's have quickly become one of the most popular style of boots over the last couple of years. There are literally hundreds of different options out there if your looking for this style boot and the prices can range from roughly $50 all the way up to $400 dollars. With that being said, Clarks Original Desert Boot is easily one of the best of the bunch especially when it comes to getting the most bang for your buck.

I absolutely love this style boot and have over 15 pairs sitting in my closet from companies such as J.Crew, Johnston & Murphy, Frye, Diesel, John Varvatos, Red Wing, Bed:Stu, Original Penguin etc. Out of all the companies I have purchased this style boot from, there are really two that stand out more than the others in regards to getting the most bang for your buck. Those two are Clarks and J.Crew. Both make high quality boots and both keep things simple in regards to the design and that is exactly how I prefer them.

Clarks Original Desert Boot is really the epitome of simple design. No flashy cuts of leather, no funky patina's, just a clean design using classic colors and high quality full grain leather or suede. If you think these are comfortable when you first try them on, wait until you have had a pair for 6 months. These boots become like butter on your feet. In all honesty, that is one of the greatest aspects to this style of boot, they break in and become one of the most comfortable pairs of boots you have ever worn. Out of all the boots I own, its my broken in Chukka's and Desert Boots that are the most comfortable. Some of my Clark Desert Boots are over 4 years old and they are still in amazing shape. In fact, as I stated in regards to comfort, they only getter better with age. If you take proper care of them they will last a very long time.

Bottom line Again there are now hundreds of choices out there for this style boot but very few can match Clarks Desert Boots especially when you consider the price. These are easily one of the best deals out there in regards to mens footwear. If your late to the Chukka/Desert Boot game then what are you waiting for? Every man should have at least a couple pairs in his closet. Clarks Desert Boot is a perfect place to start. The Taupe Suede & Brown Suede are the 2 that I recommend the most. They go with practically everything.

I was amazed how comfortable these shoes were right out of the box! I tried them on carpet at first and they felt great, but when I went on my hardwood floors I could really appreciate the rubber gum soles that have made these desert boots so very popular all these years. They feel wonderful on your feet and one can match them with almost anything, from blue jeans to chinos.

NOTE*** I am very glad to other reviewers who have commented on the sizing.

I normally wear a size 10 but went with a size 9-1/2 and they fit perfect! I did have the chance to try on a size 10 on sale at Macy's last weekend before these had arrived and they were big on me so I was happy when the size 9-1/2 arrived today and the fit was perfect, so be sure and order one size down as they DO RUN LARGE.

I am sure I will be ordering another pair soon!

Really like the look of these boots, but the comfort is not what I have come to expect from Clarks products. The laces do not go high enough up the ankle to secure your foot in place and, for me, if I tie them tightly where the eyelets are, the boots hurt the top of my feet. If I don't tie the laces very tightly, my foot slips around in the heel, gets irritated and blisters. Can not recommend this shoe.

Best Clarks Men's Jink Oxford Deals

Before these I only wore tennis shoes (Adidas or Converse; size 10.5). But now I wanted something slightly more professional-looking, that I could wear with jeans, and would stand up to the Michigan winter snow and slush-filed parking lots and walkways. So I decided to go with a leather shoe. I chose the Clarks Jink Oxford because I thought they were low-key, classic-looking--not too rugged looking like some boots or too dressy like some lace-ups. Much like the converse that I often wear, I was attracted to the minimalistic approach embodied in this shoe's design. Particularly, I was drawn to the thin, low-lying soles and the inconspicuous, super-low rise of the heel.

The shoes arrived quickly, packaged well-protected and in brand new condition, identical to the Amazon image. Size 10.5 proved to be a perfect fit, properly securing the foot; but not too tight--there's room to breathe, and they comfortably accommodate even my thick wool socks. The sole is sturdy and offers good traction.

They're not as comfortable as tennis shoes. I have no problem walking around, but when I'm seated I notice the shoes to be rather uncomfortable. Can't yet say how long these will last or how well they'll hold up against the elements. With proper care and upkeep, I don't foresee having much problem in this area.

They look good and wear well. Just be ready for the flat sole. It takes some getting used to. Very different feel than regular shoes. Makes me an inch shorter, which is not great. Also hurts my calves a bit, but that may all be in my head.

Classic shoes that go with everything, anywhere for any occasions! I just received them and as soon as I un boxed them, I fell in love with them. The material used for them, the look, the comfort everything about them. I love how the crepe sole is low, gives it that refinement. Like that casual yet sophisticated look. Def buying another pair after this one.

They really don't make shoes like this anymore. The quality is outstanding. I am fairly new to Clarks and I wish I wasn't, I can't believe it took me this long to find them. If you like good looking shoes that are very well made then you have come to the right place. Obviously I can't speak for all their products, but these shoes are perfect. They fit exactly as expected (true to size), they look exactly as expected (great), and they feel even better than expected. I will absolutely be a return customer. Not much else to say here get yourself a pair.

I love this shoe--it feels like walking on clouds. The Beeswax seems to run half a size big (more so than the traditional suede Wallabee).

CLARKS WOMEN'S WALLABEE SHOES by Clarks of London (available also as Clarks Men's Wallabee Loafer but I cannot fathom why they're called loafers or why they also have a model called "Oxfords")~ This will be an unusual review: my wife searched high and low for some practical, good-looking shoes due to the strain at work and some health issues.

Then she hit on Clarks Wallabees (NOT spelled classically as "wallabies" nor in the singular are they spelt "wallaby"). She loves this classic in suede with its famously high-quality crepe soles and the support/comfort of the design. She is, after all, quite the fashion queen. Only she could make these basic work-style shoes go well with her outstanding wardrobe.

The Wallabee is classic for its uniform quality, so it is no surprise to me that it became standard with uniforms. I mostly recall nurses wearing them (in leather, not suede) but I noticed Catholic priests and nuns also took to them. In fact, they were to be seen on almost every uniformed worker outside the military. There are also queries about the shoe in general so I thought I'd address those:

When you see the commonly known "wino" shoe, the famous canvas skateboarder's loafer based on the Chinese martial arts shoe, you know they have good, thick, durable rubber soles but they are not crepe rubber. In the West, we're accustomed to hearing about crepe-soled shoes which used to be popular among doctors, nurses and Catholic clergy.

Crepe rubber, a/k/a crepe latex, is coagulated latex that takes on what is known as a "crinkly lace" texture. It is rolled flat into sheets then layered as necessary. The finished layers are then cut into shoe soles--it's that simple. And boy, does crepe ever give good traction. Because of its beautiful sparkly texture, the material is known by Jamaicans as "cheese soles".

My wife, fluent in French, explained to me that the French word "crepe" generally means "anything high, light, fluffy and made of stacked layers". She was trying to explain to me why we chose the word "crepe" for this kind of rubber. I noted that I had learned "crepe" was chosen to represent the lovely, lace-like, sparkly and very crinkly nature of the latex. I don't know why we didn't use the name "Belgian", since many people compare crepe soles to Belgian lace.

In fact crepe represents a common stage in latex processing but it is an 'early' stage (I compare it to cottage cheese!). Very few products have been added at this stage (color is the one thing that may be confidently added without compromising the crepe). The heat such as that used to make "vulcanized" rubber comes nowhere near crepe latex. So it used to be advertized as a more pure, 'less-meddled-with' kind of latex. It also gave us the terms "creep shoes" and of course the word "creep". One cannot say too much of the inbelievable durability of a crepe sole: hardly the tiniest of a worn edge appears on crepe soles, even after years of regular wear.

As to the shoe: in America I've always known the taller boot design as "Chukkas" but I am convinced that Clarks of England invented that basic design. Called "Desert Boots", they became such an instant fashion feature that we hardly give them any thought. They've almost always been part of the scenery. Wallabees were born of that original Clarks Desert Boot--they were so popular they served as part of Princeton's dress code once-upon-a-time. The beloved character of Lieutenant Columbo is famous for his chocolate brown Desert Boots.

So, my wife simply adores her Wallabees. She was so excited when she bought her first pair and I have a feeling she's going to make it her primary go-to shoe. So much the better for her, and for anyone looking for perfection in shoes. Just know that these average $120 to $130, depending on where you get them. Amazon offers excellent prices lower than that range.

In the event you wondered: I avoid Clarks because I am a loafer man, too disabled to have anything other than a slip-on. Clarks, it seems, does not make slip-ons and they really should do so. Doc Martens does!

I would add a warning about the insoles: to me they seem hard and stiff as wood. My wife adores them and thinks they mould to the wearer's foot with the heat of wearing the shoes. Finally, in the event anyone has an interest, Clarks are made in China--but then so is nearly everything these days...I stick with Crocs because they are made in Vietnam.
