Review of Plymouth Mocs Mens Chukka Slippers

These are really not bad slippers. The leather seems fair, but the stitching/lacing is suspect and there is absolutely no arch support whatsoever. They are not worth the retail price listed, in fact, they are not worth the $29.00 sale price. Of course, if you want to save 75% ($90.00) as they state, jump on this bargain. I bought mine for $19.82 from BF Deals which claims to be the "scratch & dent" outlet for Heartland America. These are made in China and from what I've found, are only sold through Heartland America.

If like me you keep your slippers at bedside for when you need to get up at night, you will not want these slippers. My shoe size is size 10 and I ordered a size 10 slipper. They are difficult to squeeze onto my feet, and strenuous activity is not what you're looking for in that situation. These slippers are comfy and warm and the soles keep slipping away. Covering the ankles is good on those super cold winter nights. The price is great compared to LL Bean and other high end stores.

Timberland Men's Front Country Lite Chukka Boot Review
For whatever reason the folks at Timberland did not put real rubber on the entire bottom of these shoes. In those areas where the rubber is not real (some sort of softer rubber that is not fit for the soles of shoes) the shoes get worn out very quickly. Again I cannot think of a good reason for not coating the entire bottom of a walking shoe with rubber. WTF amazon. I estimate that these 100 dollar shoes will last 3 months because the tread will wear out quickly on the unprotected portions of the sole (after 1 week I can see the wear). Very disappointed.

ECCO Men's Turn GTX-MN Boot Review
Great boot! Very lite, super comfortable and good looking. I bought them to use when walking around Europe and they have proved an excellent choice.Closer to a 12 than 12.5, and very much a D width no expansion. They were tight and narrow.

Caterpillar Men's Beck Mid Lace-Up Boot Review
When I say not so great, I dint mean the look on the shoes. I was talking abt the comfort of the shoe when u wear it.
Though the shoe looks very classic and decent, but the comfort is not so great. When I wore this shoe I felt there was a lump in the middle of my feet, but ignored thinking it was new shoe. but after 4 hours of activity, I felt cramps cuz the sole of the shoe wasn't even on the feet.
This shoe is definetly not for ppl like me who prefers strolling around a lot on the streets on foot rather than take a car .
