I ordered this shoe to wear with my Tuxedo to our Great Gatsby Theme Party. It is a perfect shoe for the era and it seems well made. However, I ordered my size and it is at least 1 size too large on my feet. I have exchanged it for a size smaller. I recommend ordering a size smaller than you wear.

These boots are clearly well built- the leather is fairly thick and sturdy but still supple enough to be comfortable. They are welted, which means that the soles can be replaced if need be at some later date. Plus, they look great. I got them for $105, which was a good deal. I'd definitely buy again.

After they are worn in, they are the best boots I have owned. Not snow or rain boots so use some water proofer. Look great for work or out socially.

Great boot, very cool looking and almost no break in required. Fits true to size if your feet are bit wide. I wear a 10 in most shoes and these fit great!!

The look is exactly as advertised and they broke in rather quickly.

They lace to to accommodate both dress and thicker socks.

Plenty of room for wool socks just in time for autumn.

I bought these to wear to work for a casual look. I expected them to be very tight to begin with, as most Dr. Marten leather shoes are, but these were very comfortable from day 1. They are comfortable and look great. Love them!! Wish they offered more colors in the same style.
