Light weight and comfortable. They have a good grip on ice on snow. However I had to wear them a couple of time to break them in. Now that I'm past the breakin they are just fine..

This is actually my second pair, I also have the brown leather. Extremely comfortable shoe that took virtually no breaking in. Great look and styling that can be worn both casually and professionally. The soles have great traction on ice. My only criticism is that I put a fairly deep scratch in the brown leather pair and can't recall any big kick/fall/accident that could have put it there...makes me wonder how tough the leather is. But all in all, I'm very happy with the product.
