These boots are exactly as I expected! They are very comfortable I wear them to work since I am on my feet all day, and my feet are never sore.

I had to order three pairs of these shoes, two in size 9 (my regular size) and one in 8.5. I had read many customer reviews saying that these stretch and run a bit big by 1/2 a size and I think that is true. I could fit two fingers in the 9 when I pushed my toes all the way to the front, and if they had stretched it would have made me feel like I could slide around in them.

I wore the 8.5 all day yesterday and it was a little snug but by the end of the day they were fine, and my feet were not sore or in pain. They are great. I am glad I decided to try the 8.5.

The insole is very thick and in some ways feels like it makes them feel funny. You could also buy other insoles if they were a little snug because when you take the original insoles out, they are much roomier. I decided to keep them in because I think they have a therapeutic integrity to them that I didn't want to take away.

Amazon was great shipping and refunding so far. My only complaint was that the 8.5 pair did not come in a CLARKS box! I guess the box got ruined and they had to replace it, but it made me a little curious. Nonetheless they are fine, and original, and I was able to send the other pairs back free return shipping, so that was great.

Will enjoy the old school, groovy look of these earthy but hip shoes. I can't believe more people don't have them. They are pretty unusual and snappy!

I don't think you can actually wear pillows on your feet so these shoes are the very best thing. The worlds most comfortable. there are other company that make these but non have the same type of sole. BEST IN COMFORT AND STLYE!

These booties are true to sizing, I'm not crazy about it being skinny and long looking. I also find that the suede gets dusty and needs frequent cleaning. Their nice for casual wear.

These are very basic and comfortable, but run one-half size large. They are easy to put on and take off, no laces or zippers. Average quality but they are genuine suede, so worth the money.

Bought these to go with a recently-purchased dress (I do like to coordinate my footwear and clothing....). Wasn't too sure that I'd like these when I first pulled them out of the box. Decided, however, not to send them back and now I really like these! They're very comfortable booties and the color matched the main shade of my dress perfect. There's no need for a breaking-in period with these right out of the box they were easy to wear and fit great. I might have chosen these in another color but I'm pleased with these.

These boots are a beautiful design, and will be perfect for someone with very narrow heels. My feet are a normal 40 M, but there was no way I could get them on. I even undid the non functional shoe lace just in case.

I was very disappointed and am returning. Maybe someone with a very narrow foot will be able to get them on.

I was looking for a casual boot for winter travel. I like my shoes to have good cushioning (not always easy to find), but I have had good luck over the years finding dress casual shoes with cushioning that approaches that of a sneaker. That's what I was hoping for in these boots. These Rockports were advertised here as having "adiPRENE technology for superior shock absorption" and "ADIPRENE by adidas sport technology" (Rockport website).

The boots are good-looking (I bought them in nubuck) and appear well-made, but they were not especially cushioning. There was a fairly cushiony insole labeled "adiPRENE," but it appeared to be the only part of the boot that used adiPRENE. I use Spenco insoles in my shoes, and these were just a step below the Spencos in cushioning.

These don't approach the cushioning of a sneaker, but if you're looking for a nice chukka boot, and you don't have that requirement, I think you'll be happy with these.

I returned them as part of Amazon's free return policy on shoes bought from Amazon.

As with my past experience with Rockport shoes this is a very nice looking, well made shoe. With a better insole it would rate five stars. I replaced the factory insole with a Spenco that has a better arch support and I am very satisfied with the fit and feel.

received the boot in a timely manner. When buying any clothing online I'm always a little worried it's not going to fit. This boot fits perfectly and is dressy enough to wear out but still functional enough to work and play in. The toe is contoured and sharper than a Timberland or other work boot giving it an ever-so-slight dress shoe appearance which I appreciate to the blunt rounded curve of most of the boots I find.

The heel is not the most supportive. The material is pretty dope. Not the sorta shoes to wear in rainy weather. The suede bleeds pretty fast. Nice summer kicks to along with some dope ass khakis. Word up! The only thing I would change is the tacky little beige s*** on the heel.

These boots are well made and good looking. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel they need more arch support and the stiff rear ankle area is uncomfortable. To make them walking comfortable, I added additional arch support and padded the rear ankle area. I expect the ankle will be less stiff after a few weeks of wear.

UPDATE: The ankle area of the boot softened after just a couple of wears. I really like this boot but wish it had more built in arch support.

Aerosoles are known for their comfort, and these boots are no exception. I ordered a size 7 1/2 and, although a little long, I wear them with footwear such as socks and sweater tights, and the fit is perfect. If you live in a colder climate as I do, I would suggest ordering your usual size and, with footwear such as socks, you'll have no problem. I have a fairly narrow foot and, again, with socks etc, the fit is perfect. They have plenty of arch support and are extremely comfortable; you'll still have a spring in your step at the end of the day! As with any suede product being exposed to inclement weather, I would suggest spraying them liberally with suede protector prior to wearing them. This is particularly important in a northern winter climate with snow and slush. These boots look great with jeans, tights, leggings, jeggings, skirts and khakis, so are obviously very versatile. Beauty in their simplicity.

Great boot ! I wore it for the first time camping/hiking. It was very comfortable and I had many positive comments on it. It looks great with jeans and leggings. Of course being suede it's not rain friendly but that's why they make rain boots. It also comes in a variety of colors and I'm going to order the brown soon. Plus it's reasonably priced and true to size.

I've been admiring this shoe for a while, and when I found it for less money on this site I decided to get it. I am a Happy Camper! This shoe was comfortable right out of the box. I read all the reviews I could find, for sizing and comfort. It does slip slightly in the heel, runs a little big but not a lot (not even a 1/2 size), perfect heel height and has a nice padded sole. I have an average width foot, so I did get my regular size 8 and can wear a regular sock, not a thin or thick, and it is very comfortable! Its very cute with boot cut or straight leg jeans, I think a rolled cuff would be cute too! As a stylish grandma I give them a 5 star rating! ;-)

Had purchased this short boot in black but really didn't think I needed another short, black boot so it was returned. I saw this on sale at Amazon and thought I'd give the tan suede a try. A very nice boot with a little better look than a chucka boot that I was considering. A little snug through the toe box but it has already began loosening through wear. I purchased my usual size 10 and sometime Sofft shoes/boots do run a little snugger for me. Comfortable, slight arch support. Glad I purchased this color since I didn't need another black boot. Definitely a great purchase and Amazon service is awesome! Would definitely recommend the purchase.

When I saw these boots, I just had to have them. I found them true to size, maybe a tad narrow but I like to wear a mid weight merino wool sock. Would be fine with a lighter sock and I have slightly wide feet as well. I did have some concerns with the heel slipping based on the other reviews. When I tried them on I did find the heel slipped but I seemed to remember, cowboy oots doing that in the beginning and then when "broken in", the heel slipping stopped. So I wore them around house for a few hours and the heel slipping stopped. I figured if it didn't, I could still return them. I am really happy with my purchase and may just have to buy them in black as well!
