I bought these because I had a SIMILAR LOOKING pair that had lasted me since 2002.
These are NOTHING like my old Lugz. They look the same, but feel so cheap. The upper material is just cheap and wrinkles with each footstep, leaving creases after only being worn a few times. The sole... it's true what everyone else is saying. It provides absolutely not cushioning or support. While I haven't cut-open the sole to see for myself... I believe everyone who says it's hollow. It's just a very CHEAPLY MADE shoe.
Lugz... please bring back the OLD "pathway" style with the quality you used to have. The double piping down the front of the shoe is a great look, and they can pass for "dress shoes" or be worn as casual with jeans.
I can't recommend these shoes to anyone for anything other than looks, because they are so cheaply made, uncomfortable, and not worth the money.

If you're like me and love casual Lugz boots you'll find these are easy to like. These Lugz boots are very well crafted and extremely well designed but looks very easy to damage, not all Lugz boots, these ones. My only problem with these is that you just can't wear them around like you would like to because not only are they hard to match with an outfit, when you look at them you just don't wanna wear them because fear they might get dirty or scratched. Had mines for about 5 months now and I wore them 1 time around the house then took them off and to this day they're still in the box.

These boots are the BOMB!!! Husband loves them & he says they are comfortable. Well made, top quality. Lugz is a name you can trust, I had no doubt he'ld love them, he wants more colors now.
