These boots are cute and comfortable with great arch support, but not good for active outdoor fun. When my new boots arrived from Amazon I was happy with the warmth and fit (true to size). I wore them once to hike and play in the snow for a couple hours and both buttons broke off of the left boot. I was disappointed and called Hi-Tec to see if the company would repair them. Hi-tec told me to contact Amazon. Although Amazon customer service was not helpful over the phone, I was successful in mailing the boots back to Amazon (for free), and Amazon refunded my money in full. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing these boots if you plan to use them for active outdoor activities, but they are stylish, very comfortable, and would be good for walking around town.

These boots are really comfy and really warm! I've worn them in a little rain and experienced no problem. Haven't had a chance to wear them in snow yet, so we'll see. But for those really cold days, these are great!!

I was highly excited to receive this sturdy boots in the mail, just before the winter weather really hit! I am pleased with these sturdy boots, though I wish they ran a touch smaller. The 9 feels like a half size bigger, but the thick, warm socks fill most of the extra wiggle room. Quite pleased overall!
