Boots are great! Roomy at the toe and comfy. Plenty of room for big socks, if you like that. Light weight compared to docs. Make big feet look small because the laces go down so close to the toe. I really like them.

Update: I forgot to add that these shoes are great for flat feet like mine! The shoes are really stiff, so they hold your feet up really well. Also, if you have genetic bunions like me,there is plenty of round toe room. (These shoes won't make the problem worse.) I love these boots and a few improvments have been made since I bought my old Eastland boots from 6 years ago: The tongue is cloth instead of being uncomfortable leather (so it's more comfortable when it bends), and the metal eyelets are permanetly sp? sealed so you no longer have to thread the lace through "open" ones. But, you can still take out the laces through the eyelets if you want too. These shoes were a little stiff at first and I had to walk in for a couple of months to get them to bend. If I were you, I'd bend the sole a few times, (your toe towards your face that direction). Also, the soles appear to be a like a plastic rubber type thing, (unlike the rubber kind they usually use) so scratch them up at first to make more traction or they will slip a little on wet surfaces. Also, DON"T walk in really high water with them, I did and the water seemed to leak through a little bit. My socks got a little damp. I am happy with my Eastland boots once again! They are well made and you can use them for everyday wear or even to hike in. Plus, they LAST five years or more. A great buy!

I got the Gargoyle color in size 10.5. The insoles are firm yet compfortable. The laces are pretty much for decoration, as the tongue is attached to the shoe 3/4 of the way up. All in all, I find it to be a good quality product. Ordered on 14th, got here the 16 with no extra charge.

I, the mom, saw this shoe for a good price on Amazon. I respect the Keen product, so I went out on a stylist limb and purchased them for my fashion conscious 23 year-old son. I suspected that he may not admit liking them, as they were thought to be cool by his mother. But, much to my pleasure, the next time he came home he was wearing them. I think he may have forgotten that I had purchased them. He said he really liked them, and had received complements when he had worn them. They are holding up very well, but they are not being worn every day. So, generational shoe score -five stars!

These shoes feel great but don't offer really any support so be aware of that before you buy. They are essentially converse high tops but made out of quality leather and with a comfy foot bed. They feel like moccasins, look a little funky, I like them.

These chukkas are a bit different which is what I was looking for. These have nice solid side walls to keep the ankle in place. I have looked through many boots and some of them are limp sided and that's not good for anyone. They are very comfortable just like all the Keens I own. If you can find them for a good price don't pass on them.

They look exactly the same as the picture! I mean, what you ser is what you get. I like them very much! They are not meant for walking so if you expect to walk around for long time periods with these shoes think again, they look nice but the soles are completely flat so walking around can hurt your feet!

i got these shoes a couple months ago and they were super cute and seemed to be good quality, but i had to return them because while sometimes i can fit my size 8.5 feet into size 8 shoes, this wasnt one of those times. so if youre like me and try to "round down" to smaller shoes so as not to have big clown feet, dont do it with these ones. when i get money again though, im totally getting some 9s.

I watched these for several months before deciding to get these. I was worried about committing because of the reviewer who said that they were best for narrow feet. I have a foot a little on the wide side. Finally, i thought, "what do i have to lose?" They have free returns. And how often do you see a shoe with a cat face on it? And the price has dropped from several months ago, when they were the same price as the black pair with black cat. (not so appealing to me)

So i ordered them in my usual size and got them today. They fit perfectly. They do not feel narrow to me. The toe area is rounded, and of course, the strap is adjustable. They strike me as fairly well made. I think they will last a while.

I was also a little worried that they might be just too chunky for me. i mainly like flats. But the soles are do-able. They may increase the life of the shoe a lot longer than a flat sole might have.

These are must have shoes for your lolcat lover, your crazy cat lady, your general cat lover with a sense of humor, though they seem originally intended for the punk subculture.

Excellent shoe! Just want to note, for you ladies wondering about what size to order...I wear anything from an 8 to a 9, depending on maker & type of shoe, but consider myself a true 8 1/2. I have slightly wider than average "hard-to-fit" feet, and comfort is always an issue. I first ordered this shoe in a 9, based on other reviews, which said that it ran SMALL, and that I should order UP a size. When the 9 (Euro. size 40) arrived, it was HUGE--more like a 10!!! WAAAY too big. So I sent it back, and changed it for an 8 (Euro size 39), and it was just right...more like an 8 1/2. So just be aware that, in my opinion, it runs true to size, with a slight edge to the next larger half size.

Another issue for me was that, although I LOVE this design, and had always wanted to try these shoes, they appeared to be rather hard and uncomfortable, in the picture. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are very well-constructed, the inner sole is well-shaped and padded, and they are flexible enough to NOT require the extensive breaking-in that I've needed before for Doc Martens, for example.

If you've always wanted to try them, take a chance--you can always return them, after all.

When I saw these shoes I could not resist them. Kitty cat faces! They are adorable, but they fit well and are comfortable and a great value too. I have high orthotics and have to wear Mary Jane style shoes which limit my choices so I was thrilled to see these. I took a chance and ordered them, thinking they would probably be flimsy and not fit well. I was really surprised. They have an all-leather upper and great thick rubber sole which I am sure will last me for years. The upper has lots of structure which is good for my feet and the style is awesome. I get so many compliments every time I wear them. I love them.

I have very narrow feet. I am usually a US women's 5.5. I purchased a size 6. They are actually too small. My big toe touches the front. But they are also too wide for thin feet and there is gapping by my arch. The fit is all sorts of wrong. Also, the rubber sole leaves black marks / scuffs on the inner white areas of the shoe. Lastly, the shoes are rock hard when you get them and I'd expect would be painful to break in. The back edges of the shoe were very irritating to my ankles. I am not happy with these shoes.
