Got these for my 2 year old son and they worked out great. After a lot of wear they still look new. They're a cross between sneaker and slightly dressy shoe, so he could wear them to the playground for good ankle support and climbing, but also with dressier cords/pants and they worked there too. For me, they were worth the money. Easy for him to get on himself, no complaints as far as fit and comfort from him. When I hand these down, they'll still have lots of wear. Recommend!
